The trade fair takes place from Tuesday, 6 February 2018 until Thursday, 8 February 2018.

Opening hours for visitors are daily from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., and on the last day of the trade fair until 5:00 p.m.

Accessibility for hall 20 is assured, but only from car park P1. For those requiring accessibility to reach the hall, we ask that you inform the parking monitors of this when entering the grounds. They will direct visitors to the designated parking spaces for the disabled.

Your data, which you enter, for example, in order to order in our Ticket Shop, are transmitted encoded and are only forwarded to third parties to the extent this is necessary to process your order.

The admission tickets for ZOW are free for trade visitors.

The event programme will be published at the ZOW website.

The taking of photographs, filming, production of video recordings, drawing, painting, etc. for private purposes is principally permitted.
If you want to take pictures of trade fair stands and products of the exhibitors, other third parties or persons, this requires the prior assent of the respective rights holder.

If you have received a voucher for an admission ticket, you can redeem this on site at the box offices or in advance in the Ticket Shop .

In order to redeem the voucher in the Ticket Shop, you must first register there or log in with your e-mail address and your password in the event you have already registered. Please enter your personal voucher code in the 'voucher code' field. The corresponding article is then placed in your shopping cart. Click on the link "Checkout counter" there and follow the instructions.

There is a cloakroom at the entrance to the hall. Usage is free.

There is no catalogue for ZOW. There is a visitor guide for visitors. This is available on site at no charge.

You can subscribe to the newsletter at no charge at the website. You can also unsubscribe there at any time. We treat your e-mail address with strict confidentiality.

Car park P2 is reserved for visitors. For wheelchair users, please see the deviating rules under the point "People with disabilities".

There are two bistros and a trade fair restaurant in hall 20.

Please use your access data to log in at the Ticket Shop again. Under the menu item "Your bookings", you can call up your booking and print out the desired PDF files.

Because the tickets are free, we recommend creating a new ticket.

You can generally order tickets in the Ticket Shop or receive them on site at the box office.

You can change your personal data at any time in the Ticket Shop under the navigation point "Edit personal data".

Should you have forgotten your password, you can arrange to have a new one sent to you in the Ticket Shop under the link "Request password".
To do so, please enter your e-mail address. You can change the password at any time after logging in to our Ticket Shop under "Edit personal data".

Animals are not allowed on the fair grounds.
